Tracklog ui update - recording and current tracklog v1.8.31

Made the trackLog recording phase more noticeable, as issue #141 (closed) asked.

Refactored the Permission asking parts of the code, and organized them into a single file. issue #149 (closed)

The current tracklog can be seen, when pressing the right button on the MainTrackLogScreen. Made the UI there clearer.

Refactored some ObservationMapScreen components to minimize calculations when updating.

Fixed a bug which updated and started the gps service early, without subscription. #157 (closed)

This branch is opened from feature/background_tracklog_recording as it is dependent on tracklog recording. Must merge it to the testing after the merge request !83 (merged) has been merged.
