Projectlist, screenOff gps bug, measurements on map modification

The getProjectList api call now handles the training result prop, and setting the game mode dynamically. When the server is ready, an additional variable, 'accessible=1' is needed to be added, then only the available projects will appear. issue #70 (closed)

The gps error, when the user travels long distances with the form opened but screen off, now handled, turning on the screen resets the gps positions. issue #72 (closed)

Some appearance has been modified of the measurements detail modal in the ObservationsMapScreen. issue #32 (closed)
