Feature/new observation list
New changes made according to the issue #31 (closed). Maybe bold yellowed properties have to be rearranged. Made some changes in the EditMeasurement screen-s navigating logic. Also changed the labels of form choosing tab according to issue #26 (closed), changed the appearance of numeric-readonly input fields according to issue #39 (closed)
