Upload New File - Schematic analysis and breakdown for spec formation

@smsiebe and myself decided that an initial extrapolation of the proposed schematic be analyzed and a document started for the purpose of breaking the project down and forming a specification from which we can assign tasks to specific individuals to get to a working prototype quickly. There are lot of unknowns, but hopefully we can build on this doc and distill a formal specification and get the electrical portion of the project on a path. -Paul
