Chain Top Fixes

Ryan requested to merge Rrrrry123/core:chain-top-fix into develop
  1. Iron chain tops can now be used for Black Knights' Fortress
  2. Chain tops will convert back to chain bodies when unequipped to make them easier to sell. Fixes #3498
