D2H Bad Luck Mitigation
Decreases the chances that players will go dry for D2H by using a stepped, logarithmic scale for the weight of the D2H.
This does not affect the access rate of the KBD table or the weights any of the other drops on the KBD table. It only affects the weight of the D2H.
Please note that all the following rates are calculated assuming you have the RoW equipped. I could run the numbers for not having it equipped, but I figured most people killing KBD for the D2H were going to have the RoW equipped anyways.
Here are the new rates with this change:
1-2000 Kills Dry: 0.042% or 1/2500
2001-2500: 0.045% or 1/2222
2501-3000: 0.057% or 1/1666
3001-3500: 0.094% or 1/1111
3501-4000: 0.211% or 1/500
4001-4500: 0.587% or 1/166
4501-5000: 1.781% or 1/50
5001+: 5.590% or 1/20
The fractions are estimates. Some of them are pretty ballpark. The percentages are more accurate.
Of course the kills reset after receiving a D2H drop and you will go back to the original 1/2500 rate.
After running simulations, this seems to bring the D2H's average drop rate to about 1/1560ish.
