Setup tests

Here's my code of a week ago. I finished my sprint last week and I would fix

• sidebar on https://mangrove.reviews/standard overlaps text when window is narrow and high

as a first meaningful improvement. In order to do so, I'd like to create TopMenu.vue component.

I want to test all the code which I contribute. So it would be great to see the vue-test-utils setup merged into master.
