This commit updates the documentation of the debos builder downstream development repository to make it clear that it no longer hosts the latest Ubuntu Touch 20.04 images for Pine64.

Those are now being build straight from the upstream debos builder by the Ubuntu Touch CI.

This follows Oren's announcement in the Ubuntu Touch on Pine64 Telegram group.
