Helm charts support Kubernetes 1.33.x

I've fixed the current version of the main branch to support Kubernetes 1.33.x. I've tried installing this chart on my Kubernetes cluster, and it was installed successfully.

All of the two Helm charts (stackgres-cluster and stackgres-operator) have been fixed.
