feat(project): #59 - Added patient card into project details

Completed the patients card and a full-featured filter for name, gender, and age into the project detail page.

But there's a little problem is the staging environment have no correct patient data, so I mocked at first, create patient issue is created #63 (closed) I will start the work tomorrow.
