We now just have EpisodeFiles, which may or may not be associated with
an Episode/Season/Series tree. This block of changes also fixes Seasons
being created twice if the filename doesn't exactly match the TMDB name
since we only ever create Series/Seasons/Episodes by TMDB ID and
therefore only exactly once.
