fix: un-tag codefinder-created tags in XLIFF2 merges

We were leaving in codefinder tags in XLIFF2 exports, which was modifying the original <source> as well. This seemed incorrect to me so I changed it to restore the original HTML-like (or other kind of tagged) content.
