Advice for multi-column slide layouts
I found no advice about this, so after some experiments I ended up with CSS Grid:
For two columns with distinct content you only need a wrapper:
#+REVEAL_HTML: <div style="display: grid; grid-template-columns: auto auto;">
[[file:clock-white.png]]
- Stuck? - Steckst fest?
- Experiment/Try - Experimentieren
- Document - Dokumentieren
- Ask/Move on! - Anfragen/Hilfe holen
#+REVEAL_HTML: </div>
This places an image and text side-by-side, which I would deem a classic. I would tend to say this should actually be the default.
For three columns with alike types of content, add content wrapper divs:
#+REVEAL_HTML: <div style="display: grid; grid-template-columns: auto auto auto;">
[[file:clock-white.png]]
- Stuck? - Steckst fest?
- Experiment/Try - Experimentieren
- Document - Dokumentieren
- Ask/Move on! - Anfragen/Hilfe holen
#+REVEAL_HTML: <div>
- haho
- hi
#+REVEAL_HTML: </div>
#+REVEAL_HTML: </div>
Maybe worth adding to the documentation.
