Draft: [IMP] refactor config generation.

FEAT-call-click-odoo into main

keep some arguments, in command line mechanism. (--database, --init, etc...) Put others arguments in a generated odoo.generated.conf file.

The arguments in the config file are argument that are not interpretated by click-odoo
