Description

Implementation of the real-time lattice dynamics This also adds the possibility to define an external pressure with HydrostaticPressure input variable, thus allowing for relaxation/dynamics under external pressures.

This defines GPa as a new unit available in the input file.

Closes #884 (closed) .
