The contribution misses several case:

• If there is a nonlinear core correction, the core charge is missing
• If we use Amaldi SIC, the scaling factor is missing

Moreover, this term is better computed in real-space, as

• This avoids global arrays
• If consistent with other terms
• Works on GPUs
