In the present implementation, only the response in density is considered. However, if we use a MGGA, changes in the KED, gradient and Laplacian of the density, as well as in the paramagnetic current need to be considered.

@nicolastd Note that this also requires to have Fxc and Kxc for MGGA's, which will be quite a challenging task... (currently we don't even have it for GGA's)
@micael.oliveira The issue here is reporting a bug, as we are not stopping the code trying to do such calculation. I am not aiming at implementing this in the near future.
