Description

Implementation of the magnon kick for periodic systems. This goes with an implementation of the generalized Bloch theorem for the case without spin-orbit coupling. A new utility oct-spin_susceptibility is added to compute the \chi_{+-} spin susceptibility at the finite momentum of the initial kick.

A new output "total_magnetization" is added, which at the moment takes the momentum of the kick (and opposite) to do the integration over the grid.
