Fix symmetries

Besides the symmetry finder there seemed to be also an issue regarding the direction symmetry operations where applied. The behaviour of the scf convergence was actually worse when applying symmetries and could not be converged to arbitrary number (see figure). The new application behaves exactly like the non-symmetrized scf for the initial steps. Therefore we assume it better to do it like this.
