Resolve "Enable faster evaluation of Maxwell initial conditions"

Description

Enable the automatic evaluation of the Maxwell function set in MaxwellIncidentWaves not only at the boundaries but also inside the box, to circumvent the slow parsing of the expression (currently given in UserDefinedInitialMaxwellStates).
