Change Eigensolver from cg to cg_new for the functionals/02-xc_2d.lda_prn.inp test and the finite-systems_1d/02-neon test, as the CG gave unpredictable results on fosscuda-2020a-mpi, and update metches for periodic-systems/22-berry.test.
