Resolve "Enable reading geometry from file to create Maxwell linear medium boxes"

Description
Create a common Maxwell medium object to be used by the hamiltonian and boundary conditions objects. Add the possibility of arbitrary Maxwell linear medium box shapes and sizes read from a geometry file (either OFF or STL format).
