Add sanity check when updating interactions: a system's quantities that are not updated on demand must be at the exact requested time.

This correctly flagged as illegal the use of the velocity verlet propagator
along with the Lorenz force. The corresponding tests are adapted and a new test
is added to make sure the code keeps catching this incompatibility.
