Add a prefix to the COPYRIGHT constant’s name

Clemens Kaposi requested to merge unique-copyright-constant into main

Prior to this change, there would be a PHP error “Constant COPYRIGHT already defined.” if another installed SMF modification contained a constant with the same name.

This patch adds OBDA_SWL_ as prefix to the constant name.
