Pramod Ramarao requested to merge dualvtable/gpu-monitoring-tools:2.1.0-rc.2 into master

Update dcgm-exporter to include DCGM 2.0.10 to support NVIDIA A100. This MR includes the following changes:

  • Fixed bindings for new APIs
  • Add the right permissions to obtain profiling metrics from DCGM
