Resolve "implement multiple-machines-manual-deployment test environment"

Closes #30 (closed) commits added to deploy athene in nunet-demo server. Since, the workflow.py in the news-score repo gathers metadata after all container are ready, a sleep time is added between other container starting command and news-core starting command.
