Resolve "implement integration tests in single nunet-adapter environment"

Closes #23 (closed) In this merge request separates one adapter and multiple adapters deployment tests. For merge requests, the one adapter pipeline will run and it stops all jobs started by multiple adapter pipeline. The multi adapter pipeline starts manually and also stops all nomad jobs started by one adapter pipeline,
