docker image size reduced to 1.43GB and external repo reference changed

Cool, thanks @eskendertamrat . There is another pull request concerning nomad integration, but I will merge this first and will see what to do with that one. Nomad integration somewhat screws the local docker deployment (and also does not need entrypoint, since ports are dynamically assigned by the container orchestrator).
