Update skeleton gitignores to exclude compiled artifacts

Committing derived / compiled artifacts to the source repository may result in packages built incorrectly. For example if a pre-built package is imported, it was built for a specific version of NSO. Building the package for a different major version of NSO requires rebuilding the *.fxs files, which does not happen if the files are present in the repository!
