This MR on Tx/Rx path refactoring is the 3rd part of a series of 5 MRs on PHY refactorization. It is rebased on top of !518 (merged) so only the last 14 commits (i.e. starting from "wifi: Move WifiPhyRxfailureReason to PhyEntity") are relevant for this MR.
