spectrum: Use beamforming vector from transmission time

Fixes #1369 (closed). This has three commits; the first is a refactoring commit to allow beamforming gain to be calculated by two provided beamforming vectors, rather than reading them from the arrays. The second then uses this new overload to fix the bug in #1369 (closed). The third removes the CalcRxPowerSpectralDensity() overload that read the arrays' current vectors, and converts the five channel-model examples that called it.
