wifi: (fixes #1362) Remove replaced depletion events

Replace Cancel() with Remove() when WifiRadioEnergyModel reschedules its depletion event. Remove() unlinks the previous event from the scheduler immediately, so obsolete events do not accumulate until their former depletion horizons.

Verification:

  • git diff --check passed.
  • Style and build/test runs are blocked locally: supported clang-format (20-22) and CMake are not installed.
