wifi: (fixes #1225) Manually export all API symbols on Windows

Number of exported symbols from WINDOWS_EXPORT_ALL_SYMBOLS to manually exported API symbols: 65991→ 10424 (limit 65535)

src/wifi/model/ssid.h and src/wifi/model/wifi-mode.h had attribute macros hand expanded to be able to export the classes. Not too sure if we can handle that in a better way. But would be good.

This allows wifi to be built in debug mode on Windows :)
