network: (fixes #1271) Modernize Address class to use std::array

I picked this up since it was marked a good first issue, and seemed like a fun challenge - please let me know if I've missed out on any expectations, thanks! This MR aims to modernize the Address class, within the network folder, to use the std:array instead of the present uint8_t type - which will make operations easier and faster. I've addressed the following in this MR -

  • Modified the data type of the data member
  • Modifed an existing constructor (buffer), copyTo, copyFrom, copyAllTo, copyAllFrom, serialize and deserialize methods
  • Removed redundant constructor and assignment operations
  • Simplified the equality operator
  • Added a constructor to create an instance from an array
