Applications refactoring

Sébastien Deronne requested to merge sebastienderonne/ns-3-dev:applications_refactoring into master

This MR provides some improvements to the applications module. It mainly reduces the amount of copy-paste we have, and also offers the ability to avoid defining a helper each time a new application has been developped.
