Add leapc_cffi files to package

Alex Studer requested to merge thatoddmailbox/ultraleap-hand-tracking-service:leapc_cffi into master

This MR adds the files in the leapc_cffi directory inside /usr/lib/ultraleap-hand-tracking-service to the package.

These files are required for the official Leap Python bindings to work.

(I will admit that I am personally not an Arch Linux user, so I could not verify that the package still builds. But I got the filenames by extracting data.tar.gz from the 5.17.1 deb package, so hopefully it should work!)
