Article blog visualization format

Gabriela requested to merge softwarepublico/noosfero:article_blog_visualization_format into master

This patch adds:

  • A new visualization format to present blog's post that uses the article picture, lead and title.
  • A new configuration that allows the profile to choose the date format to be displayed in article's from that profile.
  • Replace the method time_ago_as_sentence to the rails method time_ago_in_words
