nongnu: steam: Add controller support.

• nongnu/packages/steam-client.scm (steam)[arguments]: Expose paths /dev/input
  and /sys/class/input in the guix environment command.

Requested by #49 (comment 410776049) to fix controller inside container. Also tested on my system without any controller and had no issue.
