multiarch-container adjustments for NVIDIA driver.

Hilton Chain requested to merge hakourspace/nonguix:multiarch-container-env into master

Apart from NVIDIA specific changes, VA-API and Wayland issues have been solved, and VDPAU libraries are made available for both architectures.

Remaining issues for steam and steam-nvidia:

  • Vulkan fails in all runtimes
  • VDPAU libraries can't be found in runtime containers.
