add support to OCaml 5.00

Eduardo RFS requested to merge marigold/ocaml-secp256k1-internal:ocaml-500 into master

OCaml 5.00 removed the deprecated interfaces where the caml_ part of symbols could be omitted. This change should be backwards compatible.
