Draft:Ligo installation

⚠️ this PR is stacked on top of !93 (merged) because the previous one adds installation instructions directly to the first raffle chapter.

The current installation instructions for LIGO are outdated. Moreover, there's now a similar page on the LIGO website, which the LIGO team updates with each release. I think there's no reason to duplicate the effort.
