Comment elliptic

Right now the project does not use the elliptic library, but there are some commented references that at one point in the time it did. However since it does not have it in the package.json file, projects that use swarm-lowlevel-js may have problems, for example when creating a bundle (e.g. webpack) because of the require. I commented this out for now, but maybe it's better to remove it altogether.
