Remove Ticket creation

As ticket creation was added to ansible in nofusscomputing/projects/ansible/ansible_playbooks!47 (merged), ticket creation can be removed from this project. As this project is for LDAP Self Service, the creation of tickets in GLPI doesn't form part of this project.

Prior to removing the feature the following items are required:

• fetch GLPI forms ready for ticket creation

  • nofusscomputing/projects/ansible/ansible_playbooks#13 (closed)

• Creation of tickets from form data

  • nofusscomputing/projects/ansible/ansible_playbooks#13 (closed)

• processing of tickets for service catalog items

  • nofusscomputing/projects/ansible/ansible_playbooks#10

  • nofusscomputing/projects/ansible/ansible_playbooks#11

  • nofusscomputing/projects/ansible/ansible_playbooks#12

• Post solution to ticket nofusscomputing/projects/ansible/ansible_playbooks#9

This project also includes the feature to reset or create a temp password for the user. This must also be removed. The following requirements must be met before proceeding:

• password reset automation
• temp password creation automation
