Fix DDR3 pinout on OrangeCrab r0.2

I copied Tobias suggestions for fixing the OrangeCrab DDR3 pins (merge request !3), but replaced his last commit with an alternative version (swap just DM, instead of both DQS and DQ). It should work the same, but is simpler, more aligned with the schematics, and better matches Litex.
