Fix getting started documentation

Yolijn van der Kolk requested to merge bugfix/fix-getting-started-documentation into master

Currently the documentation describes getting started with the npm artifactory of duo. To enable the use of the nl-design-system pilot, I've changed the documentation to use the GitLab repo with tags instead. This will mean no dist build is available and the projects using this MVP will need to build the scss files themselves.
