index.html: add DNS0.eu

Aminda Suomalainen requested to merge Mikaela/ios14-encrypted-dns-mobileconfigs:dns0 into master

They are a recent non-profit based in France focusing on the EU with their servers, kind of competing with Quad9. I think they are worth noting due to having mobileconfigs on the front page and private ECS implementation (probably like NextDNS, but not clarified) in the privacy policy.

They also allow further customising the signed mobile config, although I wasn't sure how/whether to include that, https://docs.dns0.eu/apple-configuration-profile/advanced-profile-api. I based this on how AdGuard was listed.
