WIP: feat: setup

• CI integration
• Create updater docker images for at least npm, yarn and composer
• Setup a compilable task manager
• Add a single command that perform all necessary task (npm if package.json, composer if composer.json...)
• ⚠ As it is a binary, it must work without docker-compose file. Unless it can be embedded.
