Needs precisions to be ready for development. May be completed by anything like User Stories (US) or UX design models.

The issue is well defined and prioritized. It may be estimated and selected for the next sprint. A ready issue may be rejected by the development team. In that case, the issue must bo back to workflow::definition or workflow::blocke according to the situation.
