configure: Add --with s for automagic dependencies

Hi there,

I noticed that the build system here had some automatic dependencies not gated behind AC_ARGS_WITH. This patch fixes those.

I don't think any defaults should've changed as a result of these changes either, so it shouldn't have a large impact on the existing install base.
