fix[lib/app_screens]: harmonize short spelling of Bible book titles

Hi, I took the liberty of updating the book titles, as partly suggested in #31 . I chose to instate a short title form everywhere, but I do not know if it is useful. If you prefer, we may also switch to the long "literary" form ("Livre de la Genèse", "2e lettre aux Corinthiens", etc).
